Class action also makes sure that everyone on the plaintiff side got compensated., but sometimes it can backfire because some lawsuits bind all members with a coupon settlements.This creates a constitutional paradox.The constitution says we must treat all people equally, but class action sometimes treats some people more equally.We are trying to do something unequal to create equality eventually, but this creates legal tension sometimes.

Another con I can think of would be limited decision making ability for a member of the plaintiff.
